Frequently Asked Questions About Coming to New York

1. What airport should I fly into?

JFK International Airport (JFK) and Laguardia Airport (LGA) are the closest and easiest for coming to the city. Cab fare from JFK to downtown Brooklyn will be roughly $35-$40, and from Laguardia roughly $30, not including tips. Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is also an option, but cab fare is expensive (more like $75+) and there are tolls to get into the city.

2. Where should I stay?
We've reserved blocks of rooms in a couple of nearby hotels. When making reservations, make sure to mention the Choi-Chung Wedding!

3. How do I get around the city?

Typically it's best to take taxis, buses and trains to get around the city. Just remember to bring comfortable shoes!

However, if you do bring a car, street parking can be found with a little bit of persistence. Just read parking signs carefully! There are also several parking garages near the wedding venue, and there are typically parking garages scattered around any given neighborhood as well.
